Pangkor revisited

Hello! Just came back from Pangkor with my college mates. The place hasn't changed much apart from renovation works on the town, but everything else pretty much shaped up like how I remembered it to be.







A one-star hotel, but the hospitality there is very good. The hotel owner also drove us around a bit, and the people there are friendly. If you don't mind the one-star status, why not go there? ;D

2 months' absence

It's been 2 months since I last updated. o_o Anyone missed me?




Gosh.. the past month especially had been really hectic.. There was 2 nights that I didn't even sleep, just for the sake of completing the assignments. Well, at the very least the results are worth it. After all that, now I'm



FREEEEEEEEEEEE =D



I can't guarantee any speedy updates since I last stopped, but I do hope I could complete most of my, well, holiday 'resolutions' XD


The list includes watching the anime/movies/dramas that I've downloaded and stored for so long, change to Windows 7, read the bible, practice using the house' Wira and Kelisa, rearrange the stuffs in my room.. and I don't know what else.

Mid-term break, again

Holidays has started again! for a week, at least. For some reason I'm not sure about, I don't really feel excited about it. Perhaps, I'm already used to it. No, not used to the holidays feeling, but used to the loads of assignments GIVEN to do during the holidays. It almost made no difference between attending college or not. Haha!



Although, of course, it is still a good excuse to take a break and go on an outing with my coursemates. You guys rock. ;)



Still, with the ongoing assignments, I hope I could still find the mood to go out.. Operating Systems and Systems Analysis and Design is due next week.. and I still have about 7000-9000 words to complete the Internet Fundamentals report. Still complaining bout SPM's 360 words? Sap sap sui lu.. =P

Went to watch Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince with few of my coursemates in Cineleisure earlier.. Shall let the pics do the talking. Lazy to write so much today. =]

Sabah trip - Day 7/8

.



Alas, the last update. Day 7 and 8. =)




We woke up early(well not so early la) in the morning to prepare to go to this place called the Tip of Borneo. It basically a stretch of land emerging out from one side of the island, hence the name. A beautiful place, I must say. =)



Getting ready for the trip.


As their Honda CRV has a bit of braking problem since the trip to Kinabalu Park yesterday, Crystal's mum borrowed a four-wheel drive(Toyota Hilux if I remembered correctly) from their cousin.


Anyhow, the trip's gonna be a long one. Annabel brought along a DVD of High School Musical 2 to watch in the car, and it kept on repeating and repeating and repeating til Jeev and me go "Aww not again??"


Halfway through, we stopped by a town named Kudat to have our lunch there before continuing on our journey.




Nothing too fancy, but okok la the food.




Greenish evil-looking wheatgrass tea. O_o


After lunch we continued our way there. We left Kudat and followed the signboard into an estate area with a loooooooooooooong stretch of rocky roads that caused the car to shake so heavily and making all of our butts pain. == I suppose it's worth it after all.

The trip back with four person cramping behind the seat under the hot sun was really UNCOMFORTABLE!! But it can't be helped. =)



For supper, we went to Yoyo Cafe again to have some iced goodies and to chat a while..

Went back home, play black jack. Loser calls a random person and say I love you. Those who kena now know why la. XD

Went for breakfast, Crystal drove us to the airport, then waved us good-bye as we checked in.

Well, it has been a really intersting trip. a big THANKS to CRYSTAL and her MUM and GRANDMA and UNCLE and JONATHAN and of course, dear ANNABEL. It has been a pleasant trip. Hey lets do this again someday! =D
